Make a Layer Selectable

Selections can only be made from selectable layers.

1. Click Legend on the map toolbar or select it from the Tools drop-down list.

2. Select the Selectable check box next to any layer to make it selectable. Select it again to make it not selectable.

If all layers need to be cleared at once, select Clear all selectable layers at the bottom of the Legend.
