Add User Mentions

The user mentioned in the comment receives an email to alert them. A username with spaces included in it must be enclosed in quotation marks for it to work. For example, @"Cityworks Sam" would work. Complete one of the following ways to mention a user.

PREREQUISITES:

  • Configure the corresponding email templates in Designer. See Email in the Designer Office Companion 23 Guide for more information.
  1. Click user mention.

  1. Replace the word user name with a user's name. As you begin typing a name, a list appears for you to select from.
  2. Select a name.
